What to get in touch about
- Something is broken. Tell us your browser and what you were doing when it happened. Export bugs in particular are usually font or device specific, so those details matter.
- A feature is missing. Requests genuinely shape what gets built next.
- Privacy questions. Anything about the Privacy Policy, cookies, or your data rights.
- A translation reads badly. If you use one of the non-English versions and something is wrong or unnatural, we would like to know.
Before you write about a lost timetable
One thing we genuinely cannot help with: recovering a timetable. Your schedule is stored only in your own browser and never reaches our servers, so there is no copy for us to restore. If your browser storage was cleared, the timetable is gone.
To avoid this, export a JSON file — it re-imports later and works as a real backup.
