These terms cover your use of the Timetable Maker at timetable.successminded.co. Using the tool means you accept them.

1. What this service is

The Timetable Maker is a free, browser-based tool for building weekly schedules and exporting them as PNG, PDF, CSV or JSON files. It runs entirely in your browser. There is no account, no subscription and no paid tier.

2. Cost

The tool is free to use, and is funded by the advertising displayed alongside it. We do not charge for any feature, and we do not hold back functionality behind a payment.

3. Your content

Timetables you create are yours. Because they are stored only in your browser and never transmitted to us, we claim no rights over them and have no access to them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — export a JSON file if the schedule matters.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or break the site, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission;
• scrape or copy the site wholesale in order to republish it;
• use automated systems to interfere with the service or with the advertising on it;
• use the tool for anything unlawful.

5. Availability

The tool is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. It may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Since your data lives in your own browser, an outage does not put your timetable at risk — but a browser reset does, which is why exports exist.

6. No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that exports will render identically across every device and font configuration.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Success Minded is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including lost schedules, missed appointments, or data lost when browser storage is cleared.

8. Third-party services and advertising

The site loads code from third parties — advertising, analytics, fonts and export libraries — as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not control the content of advertisements shown, and displaying an ad is not an endorsement of what it promotes.

9. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code belong to Success Minded, except for third-party libraries used under their own licences. The timetables you build with it are not covered by this and remain entirely yours.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept the revised terms.
