Timetable Maker by Success Minded

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains what happens to data when you use the Timetable Maker at timetable.successminded.co, a free tool published by Success Minded.

The short version

1. Who is responsible

This site is operated by Success Minded, which also publishes successminded.co. For anything in this policy, reach us through the contact page.

2. Your timetable data

Everything you build with the tool — event titles, times, notes, colours and settings — is written to your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not transmitted to us, and it is not backed up anywhere.

Practical consequences worth knowing:

Exports (PNG, PDF, CSV, JSON) are generated inside your browser and downloaded directly. They are never uploaded.

3. What is collected, and by whom

We do not run our own servers for data collection. Everything below is collected by third parties whose code the page loads.

ServicePurposeWhat it can receive
Google Analytics 4
(property G-LQTXR8S7LE)
Aggregate usage measurement — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how visitors arrivedIP address (used by Google to derive coarse location, then discarded), cookie identifiers, page and referrer URLs
EzoicServes and optimises the advertising that funds the tool, plus its own traffic analyticsIP address, cookie identifiers, browsing signals used for ad selection and measurement
Gatekeeper ConsentThe consent banner itself — records and stores your choicesYour consent preferences
CloudflareContent delivery, security filtering, and a cookieless page-view beaconIP address and request metadata, needed to route and filter traffic
Google FontsLoads the typefaces used across the siteIP address, disclosed to Google when the font files are requested
cdnjs (Cloudflare)Delivers the html2canvas and jsPDF libraries used for image and PDF exportIP address when those files are requested

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services, Ezoic's privacy policy, and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. Cookies and consent

Cookies and similar storage are used for three things here: remembering your consent choices, measuring usage through Google Analytics, and selecting and measuring ads through Ezoic and its advertising partners.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or another region with equivalent rules, a consent banner appears before advertising and analytics cookies are set, and you choose what to allow. You can reopen that banner at any time to change or withdraw your choices. Elsewhere, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Blocking cookies does not break the tool. The timetable builder works fully without them.

5. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on consent for advertising and analytics cookies, and on legitimate interests for the security and delivery processing that Cloudflare performs in order to keep the site available and protected from abuse.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data held about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.

Because we hold no accounts and no server-side records, requests about analytics or advertising data usually need to go to the company that actually holds it — Google or Ezoic. We will help you identify the right party if you get in touch.

California residents have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. The consent controls described above are how you exercise that opt-out here.

7. Retention

We retain nothing ourselves. Google Analytics data is retained according to the property's configured retention window, and Ezoic and Cloudflare retain data under their own schedules. Your timetable stays on your device until you clear it.

8. International transfers

The third parties above operate globally, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. They rely on their own transfer mechanisms, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

This tool is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Students of any age can use the timetable builder itself without providing personal information, since it requires no account.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about privacy generally, can go through the contact page.
